Returns

We hope that you are totally happy with your order, if for any reason you would like to return it you have 14 days to do so. Please note unfortunately we cannot refund postage delivery or returns costs.

Please return unopened and in original packaging, including a note with your name and order number to:

Returns are your responsibility until the item has been safely received by us, please package appropriately and use a reliable postage method.

If your order arrives damaged please inform us immediately via email with photographic documentation and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
